Earlier today a motherboard failed on our main server. We have been working with the datacenter to have them proposition a new server, connect it to our original IP addresses and connect our original data hard drives to it to restore the accounts.
Most accounts are currently restored and functional but there are a few that we are still working on.
We sincerely apologize for this disruption of service. We will work to learn from this event and apply that knowledge to our future actions to help ensure it doesn’t happen again.
