Absolutely. We’ll make the transition seamless for you.
Billing
What kind of payments do you accept?
Right now we process your payments through Paypal or with a check or money order. We plan to accept credit cards in the near future.
When am I charged and how much am I charged?
Our ordering process is geared toward 6-month subscriptions for our hosting packages. You will be billed for your hosting plan in 6-month increments. You should expect to recieve a subscription payment request from Paypal or a bill every 6-months.
What if I want to cancel the hosting before the 6-months is up?
If you really would like to leave OK|Public (and there is nothing we can do for you that will convince you otherwise), then we will reimburse you for the remaining time in your subscription.
For instance, if you choose to leave five months into your 6-month subscription, then we would reimburse you for the remaining month for which you had already paid.

If you plan on pointing your domain to a new hosting plan or would like to create an addon domain for your account, please use the following DNS entries:

Do you offer Microsoft FrontPage support?
Yes we do. Although we do not include Microsoft FrontPage extensions when setting up accounts by default, we would be happy to add Microsoft FrontPage support if you request it. When going through the ordering process, just mention in the “Additional Comments” field that you would like to have Microsoft FrontPage extensions installed and we will set it up for you. Or simply contact us and let us know that you would like Microsoft FrontPage support.
